Bal has over 20 years Business Development experience having spent 14 years with Colleague Software helping to develop it’s sales growth strategies. Having previously run his own consultancy firm he became Co Founder of Cyber Management Alliance in 2015. He is a University mentor for Cyber Security Challenge UK .

Lisa has been working within the events management and business growth and marketing industry for over 15 years and is responsible for managing our vendor relationships. Lisa is a hard working individual who is results driven and nothing pleases Lisa more than client satisfaction. She joined the Wisdom of Crowds team in 2016 .
